The Waseca High school sport registration night for soccer is Monday, august 6th, 2018

at the Waseca High school or Central building (TBD).  Registration will begin at 5PM.

All students 7th to 12th graders are invited to register. The cost of the soccer program is $300.00 dollars.  

In order to have your student athlete participate in interscholastic athletic programs, on

the official MSHSL start date, your child must have the following forms/fees turned in

by Monday, August 6th. 

o Waseca JSHS Sports Registration Information Sheet/Athletic Handbook Statement
o 2017-2018 Waseca Public Schools Participation Fee
o Fees can now be paid via the Parent Portal on Infinite Campus.
o Insurance Declaration
o Mood-Altering Chemical Eligibility Rules/Health Information
o WJSHS Eligibility Approval (New/Transfer Students Only)
o 2017-2018 MSHSL Eligibility Statement
o MSHSL Annual Sports Health Questionnaire

Failure to register your student athlete by August 6th. may result in delays in participation. Please have your student-athlete registered by this date!
